MEDIA ADVISORY: Press Conference To Unveil Results of Generational Media Study Scheduled for Tuesday, September 21 in New York City

MEDIA ADVISORY for September 21, 2004

WHAT: How do attitudes toward the Internet, television, radio, newspapers, and magazines compare across the generations? Find out when the Online Publishers Association unveils the results of its Generational Media Study, a survey of more than 1,200 respondents conducted by Frank N. Magid Associates, at a press conference in connection with Advertising Week in New York City.

This study provides new insight into how these media compare on measures of trust, importance, reliance and enjoyment among various age groups. At the same time, it provides a deeper understanding of the primary reasons why consumers turn to each medium, as well as the frequency with which each medium is used.
WHO: Michael Zimbalist, president of the Online Publishers Association, and Martin Eichholz, Ph.D., director of research for Frank N. Magid Associates, will present the research findings and host a Q&A session immediately following.
WHEN: Tuesday, September 21, 2004
2:00-2:45 p.m.
WHERE: The Campbell Apartment
(located on the SW Balcony in Grand Central Terminal at 43rd Street)
15 Vanderbilt Avenue
New York, NY
RSVP: For those planning to attend, an RSVP is requested to Lisa Carparelli at lcarparelli@online-publishers.org or (646) 805-2084
